Who Is a Winter Utahn?

A Winter Utahn is a seasonal guest who stays at Jellystone Park Zion between November 1st and March 1st. They’re not long-term residents—they’re travelers, explorers, and families looking for a safe, scenic home base during the colder months.

Our Winter Utahns often spend their days:

• Visiting Zion National Park, Bryce Canyon, Snow Canyon, or the Grand Canyon North Rim.

• Exploring Coral Pink Sand Dunes and other nearby attractions within a 4-hour drive.

• Relaxing at the resort with on-site activities, heated amenities, and wide-open views of Southern Utah’s red rock beauty.

Winter Utahn Rate & Perks

For just $699/month + tax, you get:

• A site for 1 RV, 1 family, and up to 2 dogs.

• No child or pet fees (up to 2 dogs).

• Free site lock-in (excluding Pond and 75 ft pull-through area).

• Access to all open amenities during the winter season.

• Mail service (must be picked up within 2 days).
