Group Reservation Policies

Advance Booking: Group reservations must be made at least 12 hours in advance.

Payment: 100% is due at the time of reservation.

Refund Policy: All reservations are non-refundable
Inclement Weather Policy
Your safety is our top priority. In the event of inclement weather, including lightning or severe storms, we follow the protocol below:
Lightning Safety Procedure:
- Within 15 miles: The slide tower will close temporarily.
- Within 10 miles: All guests must exit the water (lazy river, splash pad, ppols, hot tubs, etc.).
- Within 5 miles: All guests will be asked to shelter in place (return to your RV, car, or cabin).
We will keep the water zone closed until 30 minutes after the last lightning strike is detected within the area. Once that 30-minute period has passed, we will begin reopening the water zone attractions as conditions allow.
Rain Check Policy:
If severe weather prevents us from reopening the park for the remainder of the day, and the closure occurs more than two hours before our scheduled closing time, our rain check policy will apply.
- Your rain check will be valid for any future visit during the current season.
- To use your rain check, you must bring back your wristband or receipt from the affected day and let our staff know you are returning under the rain check policy.
Thank you for your understanding and coorperation as we work to keep everyone safe during unpredictable weather conditions.
Note: Half-day packages cannot be purchased for morning hours as we do not monitor exit times.
