Group Reservation Policies

Advance Booking: Group reservations must be made at least 12 hours in advance.
-
Deposit: A 50% deposit (based on estimated cost) is due at the time of reservation. Final cost will be determined upon your group’s arrival. Balance is due at check-in.

Refund Policy:
-
100% refundable up to 60 days before the event.
-
50% refundable up to 30 days before the event.
-
Non-refundable if canceled within 30 days of the event.

Inclement Weather Policy
If weather conditions prevent the park from hosting your event, Jellystone Park Zion will:

Help you reschedule the event, or
-
Provide a full refund of the amount paid.
If weather forces the park to close before 75% of your event has taken place, Jellystone Park Zion may:
-
(a) Prorate the total cost of your event, or
-
(b) Reactivate your group tickets for use any time during the current season.
Note: Half-day packages cannot be purchased for morning hours as we do not monitor exit times.
