For long-term stays outside the Winter Utahn dates, our standard rates and policies apply:

Utilities: Water and electric included

Approval process: Background check ($45–$50 per adult) and valid ID required for all occupants 18+

Occupancy: Only registered occupants may stay; guests limited to 3 consecutive nights without prior approval

RV condition: Must be in good condition and fully self-contained

Vehicle policy: Max 2 vehicles per site; all must be registered and operable

Site setup: Decks, skirting, or other additions require prior approval

Mail service: Available for long-term guests; must include name and site number; items held for up to 1 week
