Answer - Memorial Day Weekend of 2024. We apologize for this inconvenience but afterall this is a brand new resort built from the ground up. It's never been done before. Make your pre-reservations today as they are rapidly filling up.

Answer - Yogi Bear™ Water Zone with water slides, speed slide, and a double luge. Looking for something for the little ones? Stop by and visit Boo-Boo™ Splash Pad with water slides, cannons, and so much more for hours of enjoyment. Wanna relax and just float your cares away? Then our western-themed lazy river is for you. Of course with us being a Jellystone Park we have the Jumping Pad, GaGa Ball Courts, Pickleball Courts, Basketball Court, and playgrounds throughout. We also have kids activities and so much more. You might even see Yogi Bear™, Boo-Boo™ , or Cindy throughout the park.

The Yogi Bear Water Zone is part of our resort however we do charge a small nominal fee of only $10.00 a day per person to have the full benefits of our Yogi Bear Water Zone. When checking out you'll see the individual occupancy charges. When you purchase an RV site or cabin you are required to add the correct number of adults and kids.
That number of people will get them into our inclusive water zone. If there are any additional persons not included in that number then an additional charge of $27.50 per person per day will be added.

Yes. You will be able to ride your off-road vehicle directly to the state park and sand mountain without trailering the units. As long as you abide by the local laws of Utah with having proper registration, permitting, and lighting for your rig.

Answer.No, not at this time. We want everyone to be able to enjoy our resort. We will limit to a week or two at the most. We might make exceptions but you will need to email us directly at glampersinn@gmail.com
Answer. Yes, we offer FREE BROADBAND INTERNET for our guests staying at the resort overnight or longer.

Cancellation Policies
- $25 cancellation fee ($50 cancellation fee on payments that only paid half down), OR full refund issued ONLY in camp credit.
LESS THAN TWO WEEKS NOTICE: issued back 50% of reservation in camp credit and 50% of reservation forfeited - NO REFUNDS
ONE WEEK OR LESS NOTICE: Full reservation forfeited - No exceptions
NEW BUILD EXCEPTION - If for some reason we are not physically open at the time of your reservation (day expected to check in on your order invoice), you will receive a full 100% refund.

The Yogi Bear Water Zone is part of our resort and we have to make sure our occupancy rate does not exceed the limits of the resort. The best way to guarantee entry into the Water Zone is to purchase either an RV site or rent one of our cabins. However we do charge a small nominal fee of only $10.00 a day per person to have the full benefits of our Yogi Bear Water Zone. When checking out you'll see the individual occupancy charges. When you purchase an RV site or cabin you are required to add the correct number of adults and kids.

This is not a retro-build from an existing campground. It is all completely brand new and has over 54 acres. We will have some of the most unique amenities including a cool, fun contemporary-style Ranger Station with snacks, small retail store, restrooms, and more.

Once added you’ll then see a choice of cabins and RV sites to choose from. Our cabins all come as 2 bedrooms 2 baths with an upper loft with additional sleeping, spiral stairs to an upper deck, and much more. Our RV sites are spacious and start at 45 ft. Back-ins to over 60 ft. Pull through sites.
Red Carpet Pull-through sites are 60ft and 75 ft. long.
Red Carpet Back-In sites are 45ft to 60ft long. (2 options)
Waterfront/Beachfront Back-In sites are all 45 ft long.
All of our sites will be paved and easily accessible. Ok, After that you may choose your extras such as golf carts, cabanas, and additional water park passes for others to join.

Unfortunately not at this time. Our resort has an occupancy rate that will accomodate all of our registered guests. Once open we will be able to allow locals to come and enjoy our entire resort as well.
However we first have to gather some statistical data on the Yogi Bear Water Zone and the amount of guests that we can have inside the water zone at one time without it being overcrowded and people having to wait to either go onto the slides or the lazy river.
The last thing we would want to do is to have our resort like most of the others overcrowded and for our guests to have a bad family vacation experience.

YES,
We charge a minimum $15.00 a day per golf cart, UTV, or Side by Side. For safety and liability reasons, guests are required to have proof of insurance and abide by Utah state laws. Guests found in violation of this policy may be charged up to $200 fine for violating these rules.
For your convenience, we do offer golf cart rentals and UTV's that allow accessing our Camp-Resort easy…and fun! Only exceptions would be for electric wheelchairs for ADA accessibility.

Answer - Our Yogi Bear 2 Bedroom/ 2 Bathroom luxury mini home can sleep 6 comfortably but if needed can sleep up to 10 persons.

Answer - No, at our resort we have our custom mini-homes provided with pillows, sheets, bedding at no additional charge. We want you to focus on your family and having fun; not be charged for additional items like that.

If any water passes are added they are above and beyond our included limit. When you purchase a cabin you are required to add a number of adults and kids. The number of people will get them into the inclusive water zone. If there are any additional charges or you go over the total number of kids or adults additional charges would apply. The minimum included is 4 kids and two adults for our cabins. If adding more you may incur a small additional fee per person.
Answer. It's a view from the top of our custom mini-homes. There is a set of spiral stairs that lead up onto the roof with a deck allowing you to relax and see the mountains, stars, and the entire resort. How unique is that?

Answer - Our RV Sites start at only $110.00 per night. WHich as you know includes access to our Water Zone which has the water slides, pools, lazy river, and more.

Answer. You bet, unless when we are under a local Burn Ban, so be sure to ask the Registration Station at check-in. We ask that campfires be confined to designated hours and are not left unattended.
We do not permit outside firewood being brought into our park or the cutting of any of our trees or brush. Firewood is available for purchase at our Ranger Station.
